Created on the occasion of winning the national champion title at the Belcolade Award 2023.
Ingredients: flour, sourdough starter, water, butter, sugar, egg yolk, dark chocolate 72% (soy), honey, candied orange peel, vanilla, citrus fruits. Soaked in Jamaican rum.
