This is where the Panettone Nicola is born.
Panettone with 3 doughs, made with an infusion of coffee inside, caramel chocolate and, last but not least, a crunchy spreadable cream with 80% hazelnuts.
A panettone that becomes the emblem of our pastry shop, a sensory and palate experience that brings back the origins of our land.

Ingredients: flour, sourdough, water, butter, sugar, egg yolk, caramel chocolate, coffee beans, honey, candied orange peel, vanilla, citrus fruits.

Hazelnut cream: whole hazelnuts, sugar, white chocolate (soy), skimmed milk powder, cocoa butter, chopped hazelnuts.
